Mitchell Weingarden is an experienced trial lawyer prosecuting and defending matters in federal and state courts for both labor and non-labor clients. He represents both management and certain plaintiffs in commercial litigation and labor and employment law, including matters before the National Labor Relations Board, various state and federal courts and regulatory agencies, and in arbitration. 

Mr. Weingarden started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York's borough of Brooklyn, rising to the Homicide Bureau. Mitchell has for ten years been an adjunct professor at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. His practice areas include counseling in labor and employee policies, contractual negotiations and claims, alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and covenants not to compete, corporate investigations, and general commercial litigation.
