Our founding lawyer, Mitchell Ian Weingarden, represents employees and employers in Westchester County and throughout New York in a range of employment and labor law matters. He also maintains a focus on business and commercial litigation and Surrogate’s Court proceedings.
Mr. Weingarden is a former Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York, homicide division. He is also a former Vice President in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company, an adjunct professor at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Education, and a former arbiter for the Better Business Bureau.
Mr. Weingarden has been practicing law since 1984. He also holds a B.S. degree in accounting and currently serves as counsel to Triletics, an innovative exercise device manufacturer.
